What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect:

• your name, organisation, email address and phone number
• the building or site you tell us about, your current supplier arrangements and the services you select
• the content of your message

Cookies and third parties

This website does not set cookies or use analytics or tracking. It uses a small script only to pause the video and to show that the form is sending. Our home and contact pages show a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. See Google’s privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to carry out a facilities review or prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered by email through Microsoft 365 and handled by our staff. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, or for the life of any contract that follows plus the period we are legally required to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Email us to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
